What it is like
Playa Torrenueva is an urban beach 1,630 metres long and 50 metres wide, divided by several groynes. Its dark sand varies from coarse to medium, on a coastal frontage accompanied by a seafront promenade and moderate swell. The surroundings concentrate recreational uses and services, with sports areas, a children’s area and hospitality establishments along the promenade. Access is easy on foot or by car via the N-340, with parking for more than 100 vehicles, a bus, showers and adapted facilities.
