What it is like
Playa Valle Niza is an isolated, lightly occupied stretch of Benajarafe which, together with Benajarafe beach, forms an extensive strip of dark sand. Its 2,500 metres in length and 25 metres in width extend along a semi-urban frontage with vegetation and moderate waves. The general lack of facilities contrasts with the areas near the housing developments, where more facilities are concentrated. It is reached by car from the N-340, with more than 100 parking spaces, supervised parking and an interurban connection 50 metres away. It has showers, catering and basic rentals.
