Playa Panxón is a large urban beach in Nigrán, also known as Xan Xoan or Area Alta. Its 1,100 metres of length and 200 metres of width form an area of white sand, a seafront promenade, anchorage and high occupancy, with moderate waves or windy conditions. Access is easy on foot or by car, with signs, parking and an interurban bus service. The beach has toilets, showers, cleaning, food services, a tourist office, nautical equipment hire, a sailing club and summer lifeguard service.
