What it is like
Playa Madorra, also called Castro, is a medium-sized urban beach on the Ría de Baiona, in Nigrán. The beach is 350 metres long and 45 metres wide, with dark sand, a seafront promenade, vegetation and an anchorage area. It has moderate wave conditions or windy conditions and high visitor numbers. It is easily reached on foot or by car, with signs, parking and an interurban bus; it offers showers, litter bins, cleaning and anchorage.
