What it is like
Playa de Cagonera y Serín comprises two small coastal sectors near Cabo de San Lorenzo, with a cliff and vegetated frontage protected as a Site of Community Importance (SCI). The beach measures 425 metres long and 25 metres wide, combining golden sand and rock, and has low visitor numbers. The Cagonera section, about 75 metres long, is used as shelter for boats and fishermen, while Serín is frequented by naturists. Access on foot is difficult, with an urban bus service to the area.
