Playa de Artzuportu is a narrow, isolated beach on the slope of Mount Jaizkibel, west of Cape Higer, where the shoreline of pebbles and rock reaches 105 metres in length but is barely 5 metres wide. The vegetation and mountainous surroundings form part of the Jaizkibel Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Area of Conservation (SAC), within the Natura 2000 Network. Access is difficult and is on foot from the GI-3440 road, with the Lurgorri stop about 8 km away. The listing notes scuba diving and Puerto de Hondarribia as the reference marina.
