What it is like
Playa de Alabortza is a tiny cove of rounded stones and rock, isolated on the mountainous coast of Pasaia. Its 12 metres in length and 8 metres in width explain its enclosed scale, accompanied by vegetation and protected within the Jaizkibel ZEC. Access is on foot from the GI-3440, with new access routes and improvements to the area noted in the record; a Donibane Lurraldebus connection is also listed. Moderate waves and wind are usual. There are toilets, showers, litter bins and food service.
