Playa de Susiños is an isolated beach 100 metres long and 10 metres wide, belonging to the group of three sites also formed by Sureseco and Porto dos Botes. The shore mixes sand, boulders and white rock, with vegetation and protection by the Natura 2000 Network in a mountain landscape. The listing itself stresses the scarcity of sand, while strong waves and wind complete a profile that is not very favourable for conventional bathing. It can be reached on foot or by car from the C-550, with an interurban bus service. Its low occupancy reinforces the image of a secluded, rocky stretch.
