What it is like
Playa de Punta del Faro combines a shingle-and-rock shore with small natural pools filled by the tides. The beach is 85 metres long and 20 metres wide, set along an isolated cliff frontage and exposed to strong waves with wind. Official observation also identifies a sandy beach, a detail that coexists with the recorded composition. Access is easy on foot or by car from the GC-202, with parking and interurban bus services on the Gáldar 103–105 routes.
