What it is like

Playa Porcia is recognisable by its triangular shape and the river's meanders, opposite the Boy islets. The golden-sand beach is 240 metres long and 69 metres wide, combining small marshes and dunes with wooded areas in semi-urban surroundings beside a cliff. Its calm waters account for the high visitor numbers. Access is easy on foot or by car from the N-634, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, as well as toilets, showers and food and drink establishments in the summer season.
