Playa Jardin, also known as Playa San Felipe and El Castillo, is an urban black-sand beach 250 metres long and 40 metres wide. The seafront promenade and vegetation accompany an urban frontage with high visitor numbers, moderate waves and a particularly broad range of services. The beach has a surfing area and is linked to the fishing port of Puerto de la Cruz. It is reached on foot or by car via the TF-31, with more than 100 parking spaces. There are accessible toilets, showers, catering and a sports area.
