Playa de La Calalga is a small enclave of gravel, sand and rock, integrated into a protected natural setting in the Natura 2000 Network. It is only 120 metres long and has an average width of 10 metres, with golden sand and vegetation, while the start of a footpath lies beside the beach. Its calm waters and nautical equipment hire complete the area’s sheltered character. Access is on foot from avenida Rosa de los Vientos; there are fewer than 50 parking spaces and basic facilities such as toilets and foot-washing facilities.
