What it is like
Playa Caión forms a large beach practically integrated into the village and known there by four names: As Salseiras, Caracoleiro, O Cárcere Vello and A Arnela. Its 800-metre length and 80-metre width extend over fine sand, on an urban frontage sheltered for bathing. The area is characterised by very clean waters and high visitor numbers. The seafront promenade and easy access on foot or by car complete an urban beach with more than 100 parking spaces, toilets, showers and food services.
