What it is like
Playa de Porto Chas, also called Sorrizo, is a natural beach of rounded stones on a semi-urban frontage. Its 90 metres of length and barely 1 metre of width comprise pebbles and rock, with vegetation, low occupancy and moderate swell. The narrowness of the space is its most marked feature and should be borne in mind when describing the beach. Access is easy on foot or by car from the Arteixo-Caión road, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, an interurban bus service and an anchorage area.
