Playa de Os Olmos lies on the Ferrol estuary as a semi-urban beach of dark sand, calm waters and vegetation. Its 100-metre length and 20-metre width are distinctive because of the muddy nature of the bathing area and the poor water and surrounding-environment conditions recorded in the entry. By car, it is reached from the CP-3612, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and an urban bus connection. It has showers and litter bins; the Puerto Deportivo de A Graña is given as the nautical reference.
