Playa del Aljibe, also called El Aljibe de la Cueva, is an isolated beach of golden sand and gravel extending for 1,210 metres in front of the dunes. Its 30-metre width is exposed to strong waves and wind, and nudism is permitted. From el Cotillo it can be reached on foot or by car via an unpaved track; the listing also indicates that surfing takes place. There are danger signs and first aid.
