What it is like
Playa de la Barra is a small white-sand beach, isolated and enclosed beside a cliff. It measures only 60 metres long and 20 metres wide, and the listing states that it appears to coincide with Playa Chica; Punta la Barra, to the south, closes Playa Chica and forms the same beach. Its waters are calm, although the surroundings are windy. It is easily reached on foot and has bins and urban bus route 2.
