What it is like
Playa de Das Eiras opens onto the wetland of the Miño River as a semi-urban beach of golden sand and pebbles, 200 metres long and 45 metres wide. The wetland frontage, vegetation and calm waters form part of a Natural Area included in the Natura 2000 Network. The fishermen’s path provides a reference linked to the surroundings, and access is easy on foot or by car from the PO-552, with parking for fewer than 50 spaces and an interurban bus. The entry also records accessibility measures, litter bins, cleaning services and anchorage.
