Playa de Carnota stands out for its scale: it is a rustic sandy beach 5,600 metres long and 90 metres wide, whose continuity can reach 7 kilometres when the whole is considered. White sand extends beside a landscape of dunes, vegetation and protected space in the Natura 2000 Network, in an isolated stretch with medium occupancy. Conditions vary along such a long beach, although the listing records strong swell and wind. Access is by car from the C-550, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles. There are toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, litter bins and cleaning.
