It stretches for 2,600 metres among pebbles, rock, gravel and golden sand, although it is only 2 metres wide; Cala de los Borrachos forms part of the same complex. It has moderate waves and an area designated for pets. Pedestrian access is from the N-332, with an urban bus service, litter bins, cleaning and anchorage associated with the Real Club de Regatas de Alicante.
