What it is like
Playa de Ribes Altes barely forms a strip of beach: its 25 metres of length and 5 metres of width bring together golden sand and gravel beside a semi-urban setting with vegetation. Low occupancy and calm waters reinforce its discreet character, although access on foot is rated as difficult. It can also be reached by boat, and the site has an anchorage area linked to Club Nàutic l’Ametlla de Mar. It is therefore a very small stretch of coast, intended for straightforward access from the sea.
