Its 60-metre length and 29-metre width form a compact space with a seafront promenade, anchorage area and calm waters, which the listing describes as very busy. Access is easy on foot, by car or by boat, with fewer than 50 parking spaces and arrival via the N-340 or junction 39 of the A-7.
