Playa Pantíin, also called O Rodo, is a beach 950 metres long and 45 metres wide, known for its connection with surfing: the Ferrolterra Pantín Classic, a world championship event, is held in its waters. The golden-sand beach stretches before a dune frontage in a semi-urban setting included in a Site of Community Importance (SCI). The usual waves are described as strong and windy. It is reached by car via the AC-566, with parking for more than 100 spaces, an interurban bus stop one kilometre away, toilets, showers and a play area.
