What it is like
Playa de Rosella is an isolated beach 150 metres long and barely 3 metres wide, composed of golden sand, rounded stones and rock below a cliff. Access is very difficult and the record states that it may be completely submerged at high tide, circumstances explaining its zero occupancy. The setting, with vegetation and protection from the Site of Community Importance (SCI), receives strong swell and wind. It is reached on foot from the coastal road, with an interurban route 3 km away.
