What it is like
Playa Os Xuncos is an isolated, rustic beach on the Lugo coast, set opposite a cliff and surrounded by vegetation. Its beach is 100 metres long and about 30 metres wide, with white sand and moderate waves; the actual width varies between 25 and 50 metres. It is easily reached on foot, with signage, and can also be reached by the interurban bus route. Facilities include showers, foot-wash facilities, litter bins, cleaning and lifeguard assistance during the summer season.
