What it is like
Playa Naval is a semi-urban beach formed of rounded stones, a texture that distinguishes it from nearby beaches. It measures 180 metres in length and 18 metres in width, with an urban frontage, vegetation and sheltered waters, and medium occupancy. Access is easy on foot or by car via Rúa do Mar and the AC-173, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles; there is also an interurban bus stop 700 metres away. Toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, cleaning and adapted access complete the main practical information.
