Playa de Atalaya is a minimal beach of sand and gravel located at Punta do Corbo, opposite Santa Cruz castle. Its 32-metre length and 17-metre width, low use and calm waters define an isolated beach within an urban frontage. The listing also states that it is naturist. Access on foot is difficult, although there is parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles and an interurban bus 500 metres away; it has bins and cleaning, with Puerto de Santa Cruz as the nautical reference.
