Playa Los Nietos is an urban beach on the Mar Menor measuring 2,000 metres in length and 15 metres in width, with dark sand, a gentle slope and calm waters. The seafront promenade and urban frontage structure a busy coastline integrated into the lagoon, which has several protective designations and the GR 92 trail. Access is easy on foot, by car or by boat from the La Manga motorway, with more than 100 parking spaces and an urban bus service. Practical facilities include catering, showers, a yacht club, boating hire and beach services.
