What it is like
Playa Gran is Tossa de Mar's quintessential beach, an urban stretch of coarse-textured golden sand measuring 385 metres long and 50 metres wide. The pedestrian seafront promenade runs alongside an urban frontage with an anchorage area and waters with moderate waves, in surroundings associated with services, infrastructure and leisure facilities. It is easily reached on foot, by car or by boat, with more than 100 parking spaces and urban transport. The listing includes adapted toilets, showers, catering services, beach hire and nautical equipment, a sports area and a nautical club.
