What it is like
Playa D'Es Codolar is located beside the fortification of Tossa de Mar, a proximity that defines its immediate landscape. It is a small urban beach of golden sand, 90 metres long and 10 metres wide, with a mountainous coastal frontage, vegetation, an anchorage area and moderate waves. Access is easy on foot or by car via the GI-682, with more than 100 parking spaces and an interurban stop 600 metres away. Specific facilities include showers, catering services, sun lounger and parasol hire, and a lifeguard service.
