Playa El Ancon extends along Carboneras’s urban frontage for 1,700 metres, with a width of 40 metres. Its dark sand and usually calm waters make up a busy shore, accompanied by a seafront promenade and the Club Náutico Isla de San Andrés. The area offers bathing services, catering, nautical hire, a sports area and children’s games. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the AL-5105; it has adapted access and fewer than 50 parking spaces.
