Beach at a glance
What it is like
Playa de Vivers takes its name from the numerous nearby nurseries, linked to the crops that characterise the area. It is a 1,300-metre-long and 45-metre-wide golden beach, isolated among dunes and vegetation, within a setting protected as a Site of Community Importance (SCI). Visitor numbers are low and waves are moderate. It is easily reached on foot, with adapted access and a bus from the towed-train service; facilities include foot-washing facilities, litter bins and cleaning.
