Playa de Torres has an exceptionally recognisable feature: the Roman funerary tower of Hércules stands beside it. The semi-urban frontage extends for 560 metres, with a width of 20 metres, over light-coloured sand and gravel, accompanied by a promenade and vegetation; usual conditions include moderate waves. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles, and an interurban bus route 800 metres away. There are catering facilities, foot showers, water-sports hire and diving.
