Playa de La Mata is Torrevieja’s longest beach according to the description provided, measuring 2,500 metres long and 30 metres wide. The golden-sand beach is surrounded by developments, beside Parque del Molino del Agua, and combines an urban frontage with a seafront promenade, vegetation and a protected natural area. It has high occupancy and moderate waves. It is easily accessible on foot or by car via the N-332, with more than 100 parking spaces, an urban bus service and adapted access. There are toilets, foot-washing showers, food establishments, hire services, sports and children’s areas and nautical services.
