What it is like
Playa del Salaret, also known as Los Locos, is an urban beach of golden sand north of Torrevieja, beyond Punta Carral. Its 700 metres of length and 10 metres of width are accompanied by a seafront promenade, calm waters and high occupancy. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and an urban bus service. Facilities include accessible bathing, toilets, showers, restaurants, sun lounger and parasol hire, nautical activities and a sports area.
