What it is like
Playa de Les Ortigues forms, together with Playa del Campo, a broad continuous strip of golden sand inviting people to walk along the coast. Its 700 metres of length and 40 metres of width open onto an isolated dune frontage away from urban centres, with vegetation and moderately wavy waters. Access on foot is easy from the N-332 and the approach has between 50 and 100 parking spaces. Practical facilities include foot-washing stations, toilets, food and drink outlets and sun-lounger and parasol hire.
