Playa de La Hípica is an urban beach in Melilla measuring 580 metres long and 80 metres wide, formed by golden sand, with waters that may be calm or have moderate waves. Its spaciousness and high occupancy are accompanied by a seafront promenade and a completely urban coastal frontage. Access is easy on foot or by car from the ML-106, with more than 100 parking spaces and an interurban bus service between Plaza de España and the border. It offers toilets, showers, food and drink establishments, hire services, a sports area and a children's area.
