Playa Los Cancajos is a broad beach of dark sand mixed with rock, 624 metres long and 31 metres wide. Its urban coastal frontage forms part of a Biosphere Reserve and is accompanied by a promenade and vegetation. Usual conditions range from calm waters to moderate swell, while visitor numbers are high. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking for more than 100 vehicles and an interurban bus service. Toilets, showers, sunbed and parasol hire, restaurants and rescue services complete the facilities.
