What it is like
Playa de la Bajita is a semi-urban beach of rock and gravel located in the Lodero neighbourhood, near the airport. Its 50 metres of length and 10 metres of width face a mountainous landscape, with medium visitor numbers, moderate surf and wind. The site forms part of a Reserva de la Biosfera, although it has no facilities. It is reached by car from the LP-5, with parking and interurban bus services, a practical combination for a small shore close to transport infrastructure.
