Playa Arou is a crescent-shaped urban beach with fine sand and calm waters, very sheltered from the wind according to the details. Its 400-metre length and 50-metre width form a broad beach with high occupancy, a semi-urban frontage and a seafront promenade. The RC-2 route and the Sendero Azul Litoral de Camariñas pass beside its access points. It is reached by car via the AC-1602, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles; toilets, showers, a children’s area and adapted access complete the facilities.
