What it is like
Playa de Os Marbadás is an isolated beach of white sand reached through a natural arch in the rock, within an area declared a Natural Monument. Its 300 metres in length and 30 metres in width lie before a cliff frontage, with a promenade, vegetation and protection as a Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Biosphere Reserve. Occupancy is medium and the waves moderate. It is easily reached on foot, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, an interurban bus stop 1.5 kilometres away and adapted access. It has toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, cleaning and litter bins.
