What it is like
Playa de Os Fondas is a very quiet, isolated beach located inside the Masma estuary. Its 52-metre length and 17-metre width consist of white sand, with an estuary frontage, vegetation and protection as a Special Protection Area for Birds. Low occupancy and calm waters reinforce its secluded scale, accompanied by a promenade. It is easy to reach on foot from the coastal road, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles; it has toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, litter bins, cleaning services and a play area.
