What it is like
Playa de Mazagarrobo is a narrow beach, with a recorded width of only 1 metre, located beside the N-340 and joined in the same unit to El Peñoncillo. Its 300 metres of dark sand run along a semi-urban frontage with vegetation, anchorage, low visitor numbers and moderate swell. It is reached by car via the N-340 itself, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and an interurban bus service 25 metres away. It has litter bins, cleaning and an anchorage area.
