What it is like
Playa de los Roques, also known as El Bajío, combines an extensive stretch of cobbles and gravel with a semi-urban coastal landscape. Although it is a narrow beach, it reaches 300 metres in length and approaches a built-up area, while the coastal frontage retains semi-urban features and is included in Natural Habitats of Community Interest. It can be reached by a dirt track, on foot or by car, with access from the TF-5 and urban transport nearby.
