Playa de Jinámar is a particularly long dark-sand beach, measuring 975 metres long and 50 metres wide. Although listed as isolated, it lies on the coast of Jinámar, bordering Telde, in front of a mountainous frontage. It is a windy shore with moderate surf. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking and urban bus routes 1 and 2.
