What it is like
Playa de Boca Barranco is an isolated beach of dark sand, 260 metres long and only 10 metres wide. Its mountainous coast, vegetation and inclusion in a ZEC form a natural stretch with low occupancy, although exposed to wind and moderate waves. Access is easy on foot or by car from the GC-1, and there is also an interurban bus connection. Practical facilities include litter bins; Muelle de Taliarte appears as a maritime reference.
