Playa de Fomento is an urban white-sand beach directly bordering the port of O Vicedo. Its 400 metres in length and 30 metres in width form a beach of calm waters, surrounded by vegetation and with low occupancy. The area includes anchorage and a food service, two practical features linked to the port setting. It is easy to reach on foot and there is parking for between 50 and 100 spaces, as well as an interurban connection 0.3 kilometres away.
