What it is like
Playa de Escanu is the urban beach of the centre of Lastres, beside the harbour and opening onto a maritime frontage fully integrated into the town. Its golden sand covers 130 metres in length and 20 metres in width, with a seafront promenade and moderate waves. It is easy to reach on foot or by car from the AS-257, with parking for fewer than 50 spaces and a bus connection. Practical facilities include showers, cleaning services, food service and a tourist office in the historic centre of Lastres.
