What it is like
Playa de Cerrillos, also known as Punta Entinas, is an isolated beach without buildings in the protected setting of Punta Entinas-Sabinar. At 4,500 metres long and 90 metres wide, it spreads dark sand before dunes, vegetation and an area of particular interest for the seabed, largely colonised by Posidonia meadows and other seagrasses. Waves are moderate and conditions windy, with low occupancy. It is easily reached on foot via the AL-9006; facilities are limited to litter bins, cleaning and an anchorage area.
