What it is like
Cala de la Creu is an urban cove of golden sand and rounded stones, recognisable for the boats and fishermen's huts that form part of its image. It is 60 metres long and 15 metres wide, with a seafront promenade, vegetation and a shore exposed to wind and strong swell. It is also used as shelter for boats anchoring on days of easterly storms, and the listing highlights the richness of its underwater fauna. It is reached on foot or by car, with fewer than 50 parking spaces.
